We charge up to 20% restocking fees on returned items. Restocking fee would equal to our expenses incurred with packing and shipping the item to you. Just make sure you set up your return within 7 days of receiving your products, send the items back unaltered and undamaged in original packaging, and we will promptly issue refund to your original method of payment.
To setup your return, please make sure of the following:
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- All returned items must be in resalable condition
- Returned items must be free of scratches and/or defects
- Returned items cannot have been framed or altered in any way
- Returned items must be packaged with original packaging
- There can't be any writing or labels on the packaging of the item or the item itself
- Custom orders - such as custom sized print, framed art, etc. are not eligible for return.
- Large quantity orders - Orders containing 5 or more of the same item are not eligible for return. If you are purchasing for a project requiring 5 or more of the same item, place initial order for 1 item first, to ensure it fits your project's needs.

Follow these simple directions to make your return:
- Contact us at email@example.com to setup your return and receive an RMA number and return address
- Returned items must be packaged in original packaging
- Ship your items to the return address within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number
- RMA number must be included on shipping label to ensure timely refund processing
- It is recommended to return all items in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials
- We recommend returning items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery
- All returns must be received within 2 weeks of RMA issuance date
- Items received past this date will not be eligible for refund
- Items shipped without a valid RMA number on shipping label will not be eligible for refund
- Items received in non resalable condition will not be eligible for refund
- Notification will be sent by email should your return not be accepted.
- Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we have not received your payment of freight charges within 30 days
- We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s)
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your items
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post on your statement

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Items may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the item has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us no later than 5 business days upon receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged items
MarinaFay.com will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement items.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from MarinaFay.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
